SHIPPING POLICY
We want your AVOR pieces to arrive quickly and safely, wherever you are. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes between 7 and 14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. We ship internationally, and delivery times may vary for destinations outside the UK. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do at AVOR. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@avorbr.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We are committed to making every experience with AVOR a positive one.
